Pricing
What this costs
Every price, in public. Most agencies would rather you called first — this page exists so you do not have to.
The report is free
The Local Visibility Report — a full local search audit of your site and your Google listing — costs nothing.
There is no condition on that. No minimum spend, no obligation, nothing you have to buy afterwards. You can take the report and do the work yourself, or hand it to somebody else, and that is a fine outcome. Everything below is for people who would rather we did it.

Onboarding is charged once per client, not once per service. Taking four services does not mean four onboarding fees, and a website bought on its own carries none at all.
Website
Hand-written HTML. No page builder, no template, no plugins. Design, the words on the pages, structured data, a sitemap and Search Console set up before it goes live.
It loads in under a second and every word is readable by a crawler that does not run JavaScript. This site is built the same way, so you can check both claims on this page before you decide anything.
What a site built this way fixes
If your report names any of these, this is the thing that resolves them:
- Speed. There is nothing to load but the page itself — no framework, no plugins, no scripts waiting on other scripts.
- The machine-readable details. Your name, address, phone, hours and services published in the format Google reads, and matching what the pages say.
- Being readable by search engines and AI assistants. Every word is in the page as it arrives. Nothing waits for JavaScript to run, and nothing in the crawl instructions blocks a page that should be found.
- The wording search engines read. Titles, headings and descriptions written as part of the build, rather than left as whatever the template shipped with.
Those four are why a rebuild is often cheaper than correcting what is already there. If your site is sound apart from one or two of them, say so — nobody should buy a new website to fix a title tag. Small jobs on a site that is otherwise fine are priced by the hour, further down this page.
Additional pages are $97 each, whenever you want one, before or after launch.
Website care
Edits to the site we built you: a menu change, new hours, a phone number, a price, a member of staff who has come or gone. Plus monitoring that the site is up, fast, and still saying what it should.
Three tiers, and the boundary is meant to be obvious:
- Change something that already exists — the care plan.
- Add a page — $97 each, charged once.
- Rebuild how the site works — the hourly rate below.
Reviews
Customers get asked for a review at the moment they are most likely to leave one, without you having to remember. The activation is the build: the request sequence written, connected to how you already collect customer details, and tested against real sends.
The monthly is what happens afterwards — watching what goes out, drafting your replies, and a short note each month on what moved. The software and the message costs are included; there is no separate licence for you to buy.
Google Business Profile
Categories, service area, hours, attributes, services and products — set correctly rather than approximately. Then the part nobody enjoys: finding the other listings of your business scattered across directories and making them agree with each other and with your site.
Keeping it accurate as the business changes. Watching for suggested edits, duplicate listings, and the quiet changes Google makes to profiles without telling anyone.
Social & profile posting
Eight posts a month: your Google Business Profile, plus two social channels. Those numbers are the price. We write them, you approve them, they publish on a schedule.
The activation is the setup that only happens once — channels connected, the posting templates built, and the first month planned. After that it runs.
The Google Business Profile post is the one that appears on your listing, where people find you. The social posts are where your existing customers see you. Both come from the same writing, which is why they cost one fee rather than two.
Onboarding
Everything that has to happen before the ongoing work can start. It happens once, however many services you take.
- A working understanding of the business: what you sell, who buys it, where you actually work.
- Owner or manager access to your Google Business Profile, so the profile can be changed rather than suggested to.
- Your customer list imported into the system that sends review requests.
- A brand voice you have read and approved, before anything is published in your name.
- Your own Cloudflare account, set up with you on the call, so your website runs on infrastructure that belongs to you.
What you receive: within five business days of payment, a written plan — what is being done, in what order, and the date each piece is delivered. Nothing starts until that is in your hands.
Onboarding does not apply to a website on its own. At $1,695 the website is a finished piece of work with no ongoing setup behind it.
What you own, and what happens if the site goes down
Your site runs on your own Cloudflare account. Hosting a site this size on Cloudflare costs nothing, so there is no hosting fee and nothing to move if we part ways. You own the domain, the code and the account.
The account is set up during onboarding, on a call, with us on screen-share. You keep control of it, and you decide what access we have and for how long. If you would rather not run your own account, the site goes on ours and moving it later is about an hour of work.
If the site goes down. I monitor it, so I will usually know before you do. Most outages of a site like this are the domain lapsing or Cloudflare having a bad day, and I will tell you plainly which it is. If something I deployed broke it, I roll it back. I answer the same business day; I do not offer overnight cover and I would rather say so than promise it and miss.
Work outside a service
Most of what a report finds is priced above: the profile work, the reviews, the posting, and — for speed, structured data, crawler readability and page wording — the site itself.
What is left is the small job that fits none of them, on a site that is otherwise sound. One page rewritten. One piece of structured data corrected. Something restructured rather than rebuilt. That is what the hourly rate is for, and it is how we quote the smaller job when a rebuild would be overkill.
It is not a cheaper route to something already priced above. Those services have fixed prices because a fixed price is better for you — you know what it costs before it starts, and an estimate that runs over is our problem rather than yours.
Half an hour is the minimum, then quarter-hour steps. A ten-minute job costs $50 — not $100, and not $16.67. Beyond the first half hour it is billed in quarter hours, so an hour and ten minutes is an hour and a quarter.
Send us the report and we will tell you which of these it is before any work starts.
Terms
- Month to month. There is no contract.
- Pay a year in full and get two months free — ten months' payment for twelve.
- Leave early and prepaid time is refunded pro rata, at the undiscounted monthly rate. The discount was for a commitment not kept.
- Your rate is held for twelve months.
- If prices change, you get at least thirty days' notice before your anniversary.
Those are the terms that decide what you pay. The order you sign carries the rest — what each service means by “delivered”, what we need from you, and what happens if something slips. You see it before you commit to anything, not afterwards.
