The listings are the other half

A website is how machines read you. Your Google Business Profile is how they find you — it is what puts a business in the map pack and in an AI answer, and our own free guide spends most of its length saying so.

For $100 a month we claim and correct your Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Bing Maps, Apple Business and Apple Maps, post to your profile every week, and watch them for the edits and duplicates that appear without anybody telling you.

Most businesses need both. We are saying that on the page that sells the website on its own, because it is true and you would find out anyway.

The code becomes yours

A website on a monthly fee is not the same as a website bought outright, so here is the whole rule and you can do the arithmetic yourself.

The website is priced at $2,950, and each month you pay credits against it.
After 18 paid months the balance is nothing and the code is yours: the files and the generator that builds them, in a repository in your name. They need not be consecutive, and a month we failed to invoice you for still counts.
Before then you can buy it out at any time — the balance, and we will tell you the figure to the cent.

Your words, pictures, logo, domain and Google profile are yours throughout and always were. The terms set out the whole sequence, including what happens if you cancel.

How long does it take?

Ten business days from having your content, photos and sign-off on the structure, and a written plan with your dates in it within five business days of payment.

Can I edit it myself?

No. There is no CMS, which is the trade that makes the site this fast and this readable by machines. Changes come back to us and are covered by the monthly.

Do I own it?

Yes, once the months have paid it off. The website is priced at $2,950 and each paid month credits against that; after 18 paid months the code transfers to you in a repository in your name, and you can buy out the balance before then.

Is there a hosting fee?

No. A site built this way costs nothing to host, so there is nothing to charge for. It runs on your own account and nothing moves if we part ways.
