Services
What we do
Three services, in the order they make sense. Nearly everyone starts with the audit, because without it the other two are guesswork.
Local search audit
A plain-language report on how your business currently appears to Google, to the map pack, and to AI assistants — and which specific things are costing you visibility rather than merely looking untidy.
Every finding cites its source. Anything we could not verify is marked as unverified rather than asserted. Where the audit is wrong, it says so — our own reports ship with corrections to their own findings when we find them.
Fixing what it finds
The audit produces a sequenced list. This is working through it: correcting the Google Business Profile, restructuring the site so each service has a page that answers one question, writing those pages, adding structured data, and reconciling the places your business details disagree with each other.
Some of this you could do yourself. Correcting your own profile categories takes twenty minutes and we will tell you exactly how. Reconciling your details across forty directories is where most owners decide their time is worth more than the fee.
Ongoing monitoring
Three clocks run against every local business, and you only control one of them. Your own details drift as you change hours, services and staff. Competitors publish. And the platforms rewrite how they read a website without telling anyone.
Nothing about your site has to get worse for your position to fall. Monitoring is a monthly check on position, profile accuracy, entity consistency, and how AI assistants currently describe you — with a short written note on anything that moved and why.
Not sure which you need?
Read the guide first. It explains the whole picture, costs nothing, and will tell you more about your situation than a sales call would.
