I spent years in customer support listening to people describe problems they couldn't quite name, then years preparing taxes, which is largely the same job with worse paperwork. Both taught me the thing this business runs on: most small business owners don't need to be sold. They need someone to tell them plainly what's actually wrong.

I'm also a working magician. I bring that up because it's relevant, not because it's a fun fact. I know exactly how easy it is to make someone believe something impressive just happened. It's why every audit I write shows its sources, marks what it couldn't verify, and corrects itself where it got something wrong — including when the correction is embarrassing.

I built Mail Beacon, an AI tool that catches the Gmail messages you can't afford to miss, without a coding background. Learning to do that properly — real software, not a prototype that looks finished — is where I learned how search engines and AI assistants actually read a website. Insight Beacon is that knowledge pointed at businesses like yours.

I work with businesses from Ogden to Provo. I lead a weekly Bible study, ride a Harley through the Utah back roads, and still can't quite believe this is my résumé.
